We want you to be happy with your wedding favors, wedding invitations, bridal accessories, and holiday cards purchase. If any product does not meet your expectations, return it for a refund or an exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
Damaged or Defective Products
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- A Return Authorization (RA ) number is requested within 5 days of receiving order, no exception
- The product is returned within 10 days of issuance of RA number
- The return is via UPS to allow for tracking.
- The original sales receipt is enclosed.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on wholesale source.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. Credit is issued for the value of the product(s) only.
- All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order, no exception.
- We will arrange for return shipping at no extra charge.
- A refund or exchange will be given.
Invitations and Stationery
- Personalized products are not returnable.
- Damaged personalized item returns are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy.
- Please check your invitations order very carefully before submitting your order.
- Invitations and other stationery items are printed as you submit them.
- We spell check each order and will correct spellings except proper names.
- You will be contacted immediately if we have questions.
- If an item is misprinted compared to your submitted copy, it will be reprinted and sent to you at NO cost to you.
- You must notify us by email or by phone within 10 days of receiving your order.
